The role required expertise in strategic partnerships development and management, experience in Lead Generation, with a focus on the North American Market, and a strong sales skill set.

Sourcing Strategy

  • The first step after the client’s briefing was market research. Since the vertical has few companies, it was a thorough search;

  • Recruiter created the list of main competitors in the niche with experienced candidates from those companies;

  • We then created a list with main keywords to help find specific verticals;

  • A creative letter was crafted to attract candidates, highlighting the main benefits and challenges of the BDM role;

  • We contacted candidates via LinkedIn, Skype, and email;

  • Candidates were motivated and invited to initial calls immediately after their first responses.
