The ideal candidate should have 3+ years in media buying within the narrow performance marketing niche, expertise with 100K+ spending budgets.

Some Advice

  • Use any possibility to scale the funnel for narrow niche vacancies.

  • Be flexible. If a candidate’s expertise looks like a perfect fit, be ready to meet a candidate’s expectations in terms of remuneration, bonuses, a part-time consultancy option, perks, and bonuses.

  • Be persistent and patient. Your outreach approach should include regular follow-ups from different sources of communication (LinkedIn, email, Skype, and, in exceptional cases, WhatsApp).

  • Support your initial messages with a presentation illustrating the company’s achievements and value proposition.
