Yes, there are different situations, and our team at The Gravity Agency is about flexibility, about being ready to help businesses find the expertise in the market that will multiply and enrich their experience in a particular niche. We were approached by the Flirtini team, a product company that builds and grows mobile applications.
We were looking for a User Acquisition TL, although we ended up hiring a CMO. It's not about misunderstandings at the start, it's about bringing the necessary knowledge to the team, to understanding the needs of our customers.

We identified mobile donors and followed the titles that coincide with UA TL, but went a little higher (Head of, etc.) and lower (UA manager) to get people into the funnel who may have yet to have had such experience but are ready to take responsibility.

Of course, the level of the position is only a direct search and hunting, but the involvement of specialized platforms for finding candidates also did not hurt :)
